Will you ship to me internationally?

When will you ship my order?

Do you have gift packaging?

Nope! Sustainability is a core pillar for Go-To and we do our best to source environmentally friendly materials for all of our packaging, that's why we've decided to not offer gift packaging. Instead, all orders will arrive in one of our eco-friendly

If I order more than one gift set, will my order be packed in separate boxes?

No. All products will be grouped and sent in the one shipper (or more depending on how much you order, you Go-To rascal).

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

All regular and express parcels are sent as Authority To Leave parcels so that no signature is required. (Phew. How annoying are signatures.) This just means that the courier will leave the parcel at your home if it’s safe to do so, without knocking

Where do I get Go-To in the US?

We’ll ship it to you! Standard delivery from Down Under to the US, generally takes 10-14 days to reach your doorstep. (Shipping is free for all orders over $100, so stock up, essentially.)

Do you offer Click and Collect?

Go-To does not have any standalone physical stores, so unfortunately this isn’t an option. But! If you want to browse our product in person, you can find us at Mecca across Australia and New Zealand.
