What's Go-To returns and refund policy?Updated a year ago

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, rest assured we have a 30-day money back guarantee from the date you received your skincare. This includes products that have been opened and used - we expect you gave them a red hot go before deciding ‘not for me!’. 

Please email info@gotoskincare.com within this timeframe, so we can resolve any issues. (The product not tasting very nice on your breakfast cereal will not be viewed as a legitimate reason for a refund.)

We recommend that you return the product (and they will need to be returned) via registered post, and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft, or damaged goods during transit, and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. Go-To Skincare Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage in transit if you choose not to insure. 

Final note! If you’re returning an item that was part of a discounted set or bundle, you will not receive the full price of that individual item. Instead, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
